How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder before contacting us — it's usually there.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, within 12 hours. Email us with your order number and we'll adjust it before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

How much is delivery?
Nothing. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the European Union and a number of other countries. If checkout accepts your address, we deliver there.
My tracking hasn't updated in days — is my order lost?
Almost certainly not. Tracking often goes quiet for several days during international transit, then updates all at once. If there's no movement after 10 days, write to us and we'll investigate.

What exactly do you sell?
Tools, not cosmetics. Straightening brushes, thermal round brushes, wavers, dryers, heatless curl sets, gua sha and rollers, and satin sleep accessories. Nothing you have to keep re-buying.
Which tool suits my hair?
Fine or coloured hair does best with the Precision LED comb, because you can see and control the exact temperature. Thick hair suits the Glide brush or the Studio dryer. For volume rather than straightness, choose the Volume thermal round brush. Each product page states the hair type it is designed for.
Is your satin real silk? Is the roller real jade?
No, and we say so on both product pages. The pillowcase is satin-weave polyester, and the roller is natural stone rather than certified jade. Both do the job they are bought for — we would just rather tell you than let you find out.
What voltage are the heated tools?
Dual voltage where stated on the product page. Check the individual listing before travelling, and use a plug adaptor rather than a voltage converter.
Returns & payment
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Details on our Returns page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards. Any additional wallet options available in your country appear automatically at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
