These Terms of Service govern your use of awelya.com and any purchase you make from it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Awelya is an online store selling tools for hair and face care. You can reach us at awelyashop@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including where a material is not what similar products are commonly claimed to be. Photographs are representative; colour and finish can vary slightly between screens and between production batches, particularly for items made from natural stone.

All products are stocked subject to availability. We may discontinue or change a product at any time.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or taxes your country may apply on delivery. If you pay in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee.

Payment is taken at checkout through encrypted payment processing. We do not see or store your card details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery estimates and the countries we serve are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Refund policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery, item unused and in original packaging. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

8. Safe use of heated tools

Several products in our range apply heat. Please read the instructions supplied with your product before first use, do not leave a heated tool unattended, keep it away from children, and do not use it at a voltage it is not rated for. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or by use contrary to the supplied instructions.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, text, photographs, graphics, layout and the Awelya name, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
