Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email awelyashop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item back. Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us, returns received without prior notice cannot be processed.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and you will not need to return it or pay any postage.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the funds.

Original shipping was free, so no shipping charge is deducted from your refund.

Items we cannot accept

  • Opened or used personal-care items, for hygiene reasons
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned without their original packaging
  • Items damaged through misuse, or through use at a voltage the product was not rated for

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want, in practice this is faster than an exchange.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where local law grants you a longer cancellation or return period than the 30 days above, that longer period applies.
