Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, with a tracking number included.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing and local postal delays can occasionally add a few days.
Shipping cost
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $49. Below that, a flat rate of $4.95 applies at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first tracking scan to appear — this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Customs and duties
Most orders arrive with no additional charges. In rare cases, your country may apply import duties or taxes. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. After that, we may not be able to intercept the parcel.
