Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, with a tracking number included.

Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimum spend, and no delivery charge added at checkout — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Where we ship
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and across the European Union, plus Norway, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. If checkout accepts your address, we deliver there.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first tracking scan to appear — this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Customs and duties
Most orders arrive with no additional charges. In rare cases, your country may apply import duties or taxes. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. After that, we may not be able to intercept the parcel.
